The Experience (Silk Press)

This is a required service for new clients, clients who haven’t been silk pressed in 3 months, or existing clients who’s never received a silk press service by Samuel. Depending on density & length, the price will increase starting at $50 up to $100. Service includes: A comprehensive consultation & hair/scalp evaluation - scalp detox to remove buildup and promote a healthy foundation - a hydrating and/or therapeutic shampoo tailored to your scalp needs - customized conditioning treatments based on your hair's current condition - a precise trim to maintain shape and health - and a professional silk press with a smooth and polished finish. ➤ Additional services available — please refer to the Add-Ons menu when booking.

The Experience (Smoothing System)

Perfect for clients transitioning from relaxed to natural hair, this service is designed to enhance manageability, define natural curls, and provide the versatility to wear hair straight without worrying about humidity-induced reversion. Results last a minimum of 3 months. Depending on density/length, or extra product usage the price will increase starting at $50 up to $100. Silk Press (Routine Client)

This service is exclusively for returning silk press clients of Samuel who have been seen within the last 6 weeks. If it has been more than 6–8 weeks since your last visit, please book the “6–8 Week Maintenance” Silk Press option under Returning Clients to ensure proper time and care is allotted. Includes: Basic Shampoo & Styling Depending on length and density of the hair the price will increase starting at $50 up to $100 ➤ Additional services available — please refer to the Add-Ons menu when booking.

Silk Press (6-8wk Maintenance)

Mandatory for all returning Silk Press clients of Samuel who receive silk press services but have not been seen within the past 6–8 weeks. If you haven’t had a silk press in 12 weeks you must book The Experience. This service ensures your hair receives the proper care and attention it needs after extended time between visits. Includes: Therapeutic/Hydrating Shampoo - Customized Treatment - Extensive Trim Depending on length and density of the hair the price will increase starting at $50 up to $100 ➤ Additional services available — please refer to the Add-Ons menu when booking.

Retouch Relaxer

This service uses Affirm Fiberguard or Straight Request relaxers, tailored to your hair’s specific needs to ensure a smooth, healthy finish. Includes: Relaxer - Deep Conditioning Treatment - Trim & Style. ➤ Starts at $150+, with final pricing based on hair length and the amount of new growth.

Sensitive Scalp Relaxer

QW Bob (Leave Out)

To ensure the best results, please arrive with hair thoroughly detangled and ready for shampooing. Because we strive for a more natural aesthetic we don’t offer baby hairs with any closure service. This premium service includes: An invigorating shampoo to cleanse and prepare your hair - a detailed braid down for a secure, smooth base with weaving net-installation of your chosen closure with minimal hair left out for a natural finish and a customized cut with styling to perfect your look. Please arrive fully detangled and ready for shampooing. Previous extensions & styles must be removed prior to your appointment unless an extension removal service is booked. Additional detangling beyond the usual time will incur an extra charge. For optimal fullness, we recommend 2 to 3 packs of hair or Raw Extensions, depending on your chosen length. Wefts that are excessively cut or dirty will not be installed. Each additional bundle over 3 will be charged a $50 per bundle fee. Closure Add-On (Read Description)

This add-on is available only for quickweave styles only using: 2x6 closures (middle parts only) OR 4x4 / 5x5 closures (fringe/bang styles only) Please note: we don’t offer baby hair styling or advanced techniques. No glue or adhesives are used. Before booking, please ensure this service aligns with your desired look. Quickweave Removal

Braid Down

Includes a clean parting and flat braid pattern to ensure your style lays smoothly. Perfect for someone who will be putting their own wig on at home or someone who is getting a crochet style somewhere else. Bonding (Per Track)

This service offers the option to add hair track by track using a bonding (glue-in) method—perfect for adding a bit of fullness, length, or volume to your Silk Press exactly where needed. Ideal for quick enhancements or fill-ins, this service is priced per track and includes precise placement for a natural, seamless blend. Note: Hair is not included. Coloring (Per Bundle) - 2wks In Adv

This service includes professional coloring and toning of virgin or raw hair bundles to achieve your desired shade and finish. Bundles must be dropped off at least two weeks prior to your appointment to ensure proper processing and readiness. Pricing: $60 per bundle

Convenience Fee

Appointments requested outside of regular business hours are subject to an additional convenience fee, which will be added to your total service cost. This includes: Before/After-Hours Appointments, Off-Day Appointments, Holiday Bookings and Last-Minute / Squeeze-In Requests (booked with limited notice or outside normal availability). These fees account for extended scheduling, personal time adjustments, and the flexibility provided to meet your needs. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and service availability.

Extra Bundles (After 3 Bundles)

This add-on is required when installing more than 3 bundles, with a maximum of 5 bundles total for a full, voluminous look. Perfect for clients wanting extra fullness or longer lengths that require additional hair. Note: This add-on must be booked with a sew-in or quickweave service. Bundles must be clean and ready for install.

This treatment helps restore moisture and softness to dry or damaged hair.

Eyebrow Arch (Razor)

Shape and define your brows with a precise eyebrow arch service. Whether you want a clean, natural look or a more sculpted style, this service will enhance your facial features and give your brows a polished finish.

Haircut

Complete your luxury silk press experience with a precision haircut to refresh your shape and maintain healthy ends. This can be an add-on to “The Works” as well.

Hydration Steam Treatment

Replenish and deeply hydrate your hair with our soothing steam treatment. Warm steam opens the hair cuticles, allowing moisture and nourishing ingredients to penetrate deeply for softer, shinier, and healthier hair. Perfect for dry, brittle, or chemically treated hair in need of extra care.

Partial Relaxer (Halo)

Add this service to your appointment for a gentle halo relaxer, designed to smooth and relax the hair left out around your hairline, edges or your leave-out for weaves without affecting the rest of your natural texture. Perfect for reducing frizz and creating a polished finish while maintaining your hair’s natural body.

Permanent Color (Add Treatment)

Cover your grays or color your entire head with our permanent color service using premium Kenra and Pravana products. This add-on delivers vibrant, long-lasting color results while nourishing your hair for a healthy shine. Perfect for covering grays, refreshing faded color, or making a bold change. Trim

This trim service is designed to maintain healthy, polished ends and is available as an add-on for The Works or Routine Silk Press clients. Regular trims every 6-8 weeks are essential to keep your hair looking its best. Please note: If it has been more than 12 weeks since your last trim, and you are booking a silk press, you will need to book The Experience under New Clients to ensure proper care.

Our detangling process gently removes knots, tangles, and matting using professional techniques and high-quality products to preserve the health of your hair and scalp. Please note: Extra detangling time is not included in standard service pricing. The detangling add-on ensures your appointment runs smoothly, prevents unnecessary breakage, and prepares your hair for optimal styling results. Depending on how long it takes to detangle the hair before the service starts the price may go up. Please be advised to avoid this per policy please come detangled ready to be shampooed.
