Our mission is to empower each client on their journey toward achieving thriving yet healthy hair through expert care and luxury service. To ensure every guest has an exceptional experience, please take a moment to review our salon policies before booking. Children Policy: For safety and to preserve a relaxing environment, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. --- Hair Preparation: To maintain smooth scheduling and quality service: - Hair must be thoroughly detangled and free from all previous styles (extensions, braid downs, etc.) before your appointment. - If your hair requires extensive detangling, a fee starting at $50+ will apply. - If time does not permit, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. --- New Client Policy – Silk Press Services: If you are a first-time client or have not been seen in 3 months or more, you must book "The Experience" under the ‘New Client’ category. --- Extension Policy: At Sam Lee Signature Salon, we are proud to offer premium raw hair extensions, including: - Raw Cambodian - Raw Vietnamese - Raw Indonesian If you would like to purchase extensions through the salon, please note the following: All extension orders must be placed at least 2–3 weeks prior to your appointment to ensure timely delivery and preparation. If you require coloring services on your extensions, the hair must be submitted to the salon 2–3 weeks in advance to allow adequate time for customization. Client-Supplied Extensions: If you are bringing your own extensions, unless they are new (never been used), your extensions must be pre-washed, conditioned, and fully dried before your appointment. If it’s new pack hair, it doesn’t need to be pre-washed. All bundles must be detangled and organized (not matted or balled up). Extensions that are not clean, detangled, or in a usable condition will not be installed, and your appointment may be cancelled without refund. --- Pack Hair Recommendations: At Sam Lee Signature Salon, we understand that purchasing quality raw extensions may not fit everyone’s budget. If you're seeking a more affordable option, we've curated a list of high-quality pack hair brands that we trust and recommend for the best results. Be sure to purchase enough packs for your desired fullness and length: - Bobs: 2 Packs - 12in or shorter for blunt or short choppy bobs. - Lobs (Long Bobs): 2-3 packs - 14in for long bob styles with curls/ waves) - Straight or Body Curls: Minimum 3 Packs or more for fullness - 16in or longer) If you have any questions or need guidance choosing hair for your appointment, feel free to reach out before your scheduled date. --- Extension Services – Weekend Fee Notice: All extension services (excluding removals) booked from Friday through Monday include a $100 convenience fee already built into the service price. Please select the correct service to avoid cancellation. --- Convenience Fees (Depending on appointment timing and availability): - Before / After Hours: $100 - Off Days (Sundays/Mondays): $100 - Squeeze-In Appointments: $150 - Holidays: $200 Please note each fee is in addition to the service price. --- Late Arrival Policy: Timeliness is essential for your full service. - 10+ Minutes Late: Deposit is forfeited, and a late fee will be charged. - 20+ Minutes Late: Appointment may be cancelled — deposit forfeited. Please plan accordingly to arrive ready to be shampooed and on time — no exceptions. --- Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please only book if you are confident in the date and time of your availability. --- Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment at any time. Should you need to reschedule please be advised of the following: - A new appointment must be booked with a new deposit. - The original deposit will be forfeited. Booking with intention helps ensure smoother scheduling and service for everyone. --- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service price. No new bookings will be accepted until this fee is paid. --- No Call / No Show Policy: We provide ample time to cancel or reschedule all appointments — cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to show up for your appointment without any prior notice is considered a No Call / No Show. As a result of this you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will be permanently banned from booking future appointments. This policy is strictly enforced to protect our time, schedule, and respect for all clients. --- Forms of Payment: - Cash - Debit/Credit Cards - Zelle --- Accompanying Guests: Due to limited space and to maintain a calm, professional atmosphere, no extra guests are allowed unless they are also receiving a service. --- No Recording/ Content Creating: To help maintain a quiet and respectful environment for our neighboring suites and fellow professionals, we kindly ask that all guests refrain from filming, recording, or creating content during their salon visit. This policy is in place to help reduce noise and preserve a calm, professional setting. Please note Sam Lee Signature Salon may occasionally create content—including going LIVE—for brand promotion or product review purposes. These moments are pre-scheduled and managed with care to minimize disruption. Want a photo or video of your finished look? We are more than happy to take one for you at the end of your service. --- Salon Etiquette: - No profanity is permitted within the salon at any time. - If you need to take a phone call, please step outside to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. --- Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/ No-Call or No-Show: You have 24hrs before your service to cancel in order to make room for that slot to be filled if you’re unable to make it. Should you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hrs of the schedule appointment or you are a no-call/ no-show you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you are a No Call/ No Show you will be banned from all future bookings.
