Welcome to the SamLee Signature Salon experience located in the Tampa Bay Area, where we specialize in healthy hair. Salon Policies: Children are NOT allowed in the salon at all unless being serviced. Please secure childcare arrangements before booking. *** Hair must be detangled before your appointment*** That means thoroughly brushed and combed out of previous style. Failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled due to scheduling conflict or you will be charged an additional detangling fee STARTING at $50+. New Clients: Those that have never been serviced or haven’t been seen in 4 months. *PLEASE NOTE* For extension services (excluding removals) booked on Sun, Mon, Fri or Sat a $100 convenience fee is built into the total price. Convenience Fees - Depending on availability Off Days - $100 (Mondays/ Sundays) Holidays - $200 in addition to service Squeeze-Ins -$150 *Late Fee*: -10 mins late (Deposit will be forfeited, Late Fee Assessed) -20 mins+ late (Appointment may be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited) To avoid any late fees please check your schedule and choose a time that you know will get you to the salon safely and on-time for your scheduled appointment. ***** IN ADDITION TO ARRIVING ON TIME, PLEASE ARRIVE TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT READY TO BE SHAMPOOED - NO EXCEPTIONS.***** If your hair isn’t removed or you need extensive detangling outside of the normal time it takes to detangle hair, depending on the schedule for that day you will either be charged a detangling fee of $50+ or your appt will be cancelled and you’ll lose your deposit in which you will have to reschedule online for another time. Deposits: Non-Refundable/ Non-Transferable!!!! (Please book the day and time you know you need and will be able to make) Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your appointment at anytime, however you will be required to go back on the booking site to schedule your appointment with a new deposit. Please be advised you’ll lose your deposit for the previously scheduled appointment. The best way to avoid that is to book the day and time you know you will be able to make. Thank you for your cooperation. Cancellation: You have 24hrs before you’re schedule to arrive to cancel your appt. Failure to do so will result in you being charged 100% of the service due to limited time to fill your appt. No new bookings will be accepted until that appt is paid. Forms of Payment: Cash, Card, Zelle Accompanying Guests: No extra guests allowed with you at your scheduled appointment unless they’re being serviced. Profanity: There will be absolutely no profanity used in the salon. Phone Calls: If you need to take a phone call, please step away and take the call as it interrupts your time of pampering. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/ No-Call or No-Show: You have 24hrs before your service to cancel in order to make room for that slot to be filled if you’re unable to make it. Should you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hrs of the schedule appointment or you are a no-call/ no-show you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
